Health Occupation Students of America
Montana HOSA is one of seven Montana Career and Technical Organizations (CTSOs) partially funded through House Bill 86 which provides a unique program of leadership development, motivation, and recognition exclusively for middle, secondary, and collegiate students who have an interest in pursuing careers in the health professions.
HOSA allows students the real life experience to apply the personal, workplace, and technical skills it takes to be successful in the workplace. HOSA is an all encompassing co-curricular program focusing on: integrity, work ethic, professionalism, responsibility, self-motivation, adaptability/flexibility, communication, teamwork, leadership, planning/organization skills, multicultural awareness, decision making, technology, service orientation, in addition to job-specific skills
